management of resource companies since 1986. Prior to that
Mr. Paterson had a successful career in the aviation

A. Mitchell, P.Eng, Director
Mr.
Mitchell has over 30 years of exploration experience in
the resource sector. Since 1985, Mr. Mitchell has been a
consultant for both major and junior exploration and
mining companies.
John J.
Nagy, Director and Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Nagy,
a Certified General Accountant, is a partner in the
accounting firm of Reid, Hurst & Nagy of Richmond British
Columbia.
