Snowfield Development Corp. (the "Company" or "Snowfield") announces, effective June 2, 2008, the resignation of Mr. W. G. McDowall as a director of the Company. Mr. McDowall is resigning all public directorships due to medical reasons. The Company wishes Mr. McDowall continuing good health and would take this opportunity to thank him for his invaluable contributions to Snowfield over the tenure of his directorship. Mr. McDowall has consented to continue providing his insights to the Company on a consulting basis.
