Snowfield Development Corp. (the "Company") filed, on August 30 and 31, 2007, a Fourth Quarter Report containing the Financial Statements including the Company's Auditors Report dated August 29, 2007 and the Management Discussion and Analysis for the fiscal year ended April 30, 2007 with the appropriate regulatory authorities through SEDAR (www.sedar.com) and mailed it to shareholders whose names appear on the Company's Supplemental List.
On October 2, 2007, the Company filed a First Quarter Report containing the Unaudited and Unreviewed Financial Statements and the Management Discussion and Analysis for the three month interim period ended July 31, 2007 with the appropriate regulatory authorities through SEDAR (www.sedar.com) and mailed it to the shareholders whose names appear on the Company's Supplemental List.
The Fourth Quarter Report for the Year Ended April 30, 2007 and the First Quarter Report for the Three Months Ended July 31, 2007 can be viewed under the Company's name on the SEDAR website at www.sedar.com.
