Robert T. Paterson, President, Director, and Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Paterson has been with Snowfield Development Corp. since its incorporation in 1987, and has been active in the management of resource companies since 1986. Prior to that Mr. Paterson had a successful career in the aviation industry

Marvin A. Mitchell, P.Eng, Director

Mr. Mitchell has over 30 years of exploration experience in the resource sector. Since 1985, Mr. Mitchell has been a consultant for both major and junior exploration and mining companies.

John J. Nagy, Director and Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Nagy, a Certified General Accountant, is a partner in the accounting firm of Reid, Hurst & Nagy of Richmond British Columbia.

Mr. Clifford Boychuck, Director

Mr. Boychuck is actively involved in mining exploration with investments in various junior exploration and mining companies. Previously Mr. Boychuk was the owner/operator of an oilfield service and manufacturing company, an aerial photography company, an aircraft sales company and a surplus steel/ demolition company. He has extensive building construction experience in Western Canada since 1966.
